There is no question that the Bush family needs to donate at least $1.5 million to the proper holocaust reparation fund. Since Prescott Bush is dead, the only way to compensate is for the main inheritors of his estate to make amends with surviving slaves and the families of slaves who died in Bush and Thyssen's coal mines. If the Bush family refuses to contribute the money to compensate for Prescott Bush's involvement in the Holocaust, it is like denying the Holocaust itself and their role in one of the darkest moments in world history.

Special thanks to John Loftus, Emmy winning journalist, author and current president of the Florida Holocaust Museum. MUCH MORE http://clamormagazine.org/issues/14/feature3.php

Unlike the Kennedy dynasty that was born by and through profits of bootlegging during the prohibition era, the Kennedy family made use of the money to legitimize themselves - and as history substantiates, John F. Kennedy and his brother Bobby were both assassinated for attempting to act in the best interests of the people. Unfortunately for Americans, the Bush family has continued to ally themselves with failed banking schemes and have demonstrated time and time again that they have no respect for our Constitution or the Rule of Law. It's also important to note that while George W. Bush was in power, his every action was supported by the GOP who used their majority in Congress to allow the Bush administration to effectively allow the bankrupting of the United States - an action that I also choose to label as "treasonous."

We now stand at another juncture in history that could correct many wrongs wrought upon the United States and the global community. If we again choose to ignore the evidence that is undeniable and against everything we believe in and fail to seek justice and fail to demand, in unison, that our rule of law be upheld - we give in to the dark forces that behind the scenes are attempting to destroy our nation so that those who share the most guilt can amass enough money and power to effectively shield themselves against prosecution - and continue our nation's descent into fascism.

The evidence, now that we know Bush began domestic wiretaps the day after 911, we must also remember that Bush/Cheney had already set in motion the apparatus to spy on American citizens which was revealed when QWEST refused to cooperate and their CEO was subsequently charged with insider trading - a sequence of events that began almost immediately after Bush took office. How did President Bush know there would ever be a perceived need to spy on innocent Americans? I won't say they knew that 911 was in the works, but instead believe that the Bush spy machine was turned against members of Congress to uncover anything they could find that would allow them to follow in the steps of J. Edgar Hoover, who held files and dirt against prominent Congressional members and the elite who had previously been running Washington. Their domestic spying and illegal information gathering allowed them to effectively blackmail the United States Congress - and I still believe it goes on to this very day.

If Bush/Cheney are not prosecuted, his Presidency declared illegitimate based on the mountains of evidence that indicate both of Bush's Presidential elections were rife with vote-rigging and aided and abetted by Diebold - we have little chance of ending the blackmail I believe is pervasive in Congress. When we as a nation imprison those who spat on our constitution and remove them from being able to manipulate government in any way they choose, incarceration is the only way to stop them from being in a position to influence every aspect of our government. Cheney spouts off with self-proclaimed evidence of his guilt of War Crimes, assured that he will never be prosecuted because he knows that he still holds an illegal power against our Congress and through their Supreme Court appointments - know that they have a "lock" on how they will rule in any decisive case against Bush and Cheney.

To effectively neutralize the Supreme Court's majority of conservative Justices who believe in a "Unitary Executive Theory", it may require that we impeach at least two (2) members of the Supreme Court - Roberts and Alito. The court now has shown their intent of allowing corporations the unlimited ability to donate as much as they want in Presidential elections, which will soon be heard, such an action will guarantee that elections will be taken completely out of the hands of the "people" (As if we had any real power right now...) and effectively allow corporations to decide who will be President - and more than likely dictate their "puppets" policies. We all watched as Ron Paul, John Edwards, and Dennis Kucinich were marginalized out of the election process by the Mainstream News Media - and if corporate America is allowed to pour as much money as they want into Presidential elections, the result will be brutal as our nation jumps off the cliff into the purest form of fascism. This is how Wikipedia defines fascism:

Fascists believe that nations and/or races are in perpetual conflict whereby only the strong can survive by being healthy, vital, and by asserting themselves in conflict against the weak.[6] Fascists advocate the creation of a single-party state.[7] Fascist governments forbid and suppress criticism and opposition to the government and the fascist movement.[8] Fascism opposes class conflict, blames capitalist liberal democracies for its creation and communists for exploiting the concept.[9] Fascism is much defined by what it opposes, what scholars call the fascist negations - its opposition to individualism, [10]rationalism, liberalism, conservatism and communism. [11] In the economic sphere, many fascist leaders have claimed to support a "Third Way" in economic policy, which they believed superior to both the rampant individualism of unrestrained capitalism and the severe control of state communism.[12][13] This was to be achieved by a form of government control over business and labour (called "the corporate state" by Mussolini).[14][15] No common and concise definition exists for fascism and historians and political scientists disagree on what should be in any concise definition.[16] LINK

A loosely defined definition of fascism is where the state is controlled by corporations rather than the people - a situation that for all practical purposes, is now the norm, not the exception. It's also noteworthy that corporate America was heavily involved in the failed coup of the 1930's - and some of those corporations are still in existence today, but are far more powerful than they were in the 1930's. It's also important to remember that it was corporate America who outsourced our light and heavy manufacturing capability, destroyed our good-paying jobs in industry to raise their own bottom lines, and still refuse to show any type of allegiance or compassion on those of us who made these corporations what they are today by purchasing their goods and believing they were benevolent rather than the vile shells of humanity they have become and remain shielded by the Mainstream News Media - which they own and control.

If we value our freedom and way of life, we must not make the mistake that President Franklin D. Roosevelt made, believing that simply "making a deal" with the perpetrators of the coup attempt would somehow secure us from further attempts at overthrowing our democratic form of government. Keep in mind that those who were behind that failed coup were Wall Street darlings - companies and organizations that many Americans held in high prestige. I'm not listing all of them, but am providing a small list of those who are still in power, or were until the economy collapsed - and could still threaten our freedom and liberty:

American Legion
Chamber of Commerce
Christian America
The Dupont family
William R. Hearst
Howard Heinz
E.F. Hutton
William S. Knudsen
Douglas MacArthur
J.P. Morgan
National Association of Manufacturers
Pitcairn family
John L. Pratt
Rockefeller Associates

For a better understanding of the Coup that Prescott Bush and Wall Street attempted to turn the United States away from our democracy and constitutional form of government, read: Wall Street's Plot to Seize the White House: Facing the Corporate Roots of American Fascism. The danger to our government is still viable as long as we allow those who have used their public offices to shred our constitution and rule of law - and unless they are forced to face the consequences of their actions, there's little doubt that the next attempt at dismantling our government could very well succeed.

I am nothing more than a patriotic American that is doing whatever I can to further the cause of democracy, the rule of law, and am extremely concerned in regard the slow creep of "soft fascism" that has been destroying America's middle-class. I (more...)
