Bush will probably boil leadership down to being a good "decider." He can recall his statement, "I'm the commander -- see, I don't need to explain -- I do not need to explain why I say things. That's the interesting thing about being president." --as quoted in Bob Woodward's Bush at War

Bush will likely end his speech on the importance of God to an effective leader. Bush can recount his words to a group of Amish, "I trust God speaks through me. Without that, I couldn't do my job."

Sadly if Bush's speeches are an example of God speaking, God hasn't learned English and has trouble articulating a reasonable statement.

This Bush speaking engagement promises to be a momentous event in 'leadershiping'. God, through Bush, will probably enlighten and inspire those that are able to understand anything that God/Bush says.

Still I am not going to blame God for Bush, although he did create him.

I just think God was misled by Cheney on who would be an appropriate vessel for his Will here on earth.
