One GOP heavyweight, former Minnesota Governor Arne Carlson, has also weighed in and urged Coleman to step down. Carslon stated that he believes Coleman will ultimately lose this election contest lawsuit.
Yesterday an exclusive Survey USA poll showed that nearly half of Minnesotans surveyed say its time for Republican Norm Coleman to concede the U.S. Senate race to Democrat Al Franken.
Bloggers on the Minnesota based conservative blog "Power Line" suggested in a scathing critique of Coleman's recount efforts, that it might be time for Norm Coleman to get a new legal team. At least get one prior to getting knee deep in the much more serious legal battles involving the donorgate scandal which is now appears to include an FBI investigation into possible illegal dealings between Norm Coleman, his wife Laurie Coleman and a large political contributor Nasser Kazeminy.
