Mr. McPherson is a former U.S. Navy nuclear engineering officer who has made eleven deterrent patrols in Fleet Ballistic Missile submarines. His service included tours aboard a variety of surface ships and submarines, staff duty under the direction of Admiral Hyman Rickover, and he was a member of the Propulsion Examining Board and later the Naval Board of Inspection and Survey. Mr. McPherson is a qualified Nuclear Submarine Officer, Surface Warfare Officer, Diving and Salvage Officer, and Special Warfare Officer. Following his naval service, Mr. McPherson worked as a congressional aide to Congressman Duncan Hunter of California, assisting private companies in contractual matters with the U.S. Government and national security issues. He worked in over thirty countries on practically all aspects of energy. Today, he lives in the state of California trying to help America.
