As you can see Mr. Conyers, the writing is on the wall. We know it, the Europeans know it, as does Israel, and “the people” are waiting for our Congress to do something other than write letters and serve subpoenas that only demonstrate to the American people that our Congress has become helpless and ineffective to deal with the Bush administration, a legacy of cowardice that will forever be remembered by the people of this country as we watch our own democracy blur into obscurity. It’s pretty sad when Rush Limbaugh is taken more seriously and receives more press than our own Congress, but that’s what happened when our Speaker of The House took “impeachment off the table” and effectively neutered the Congress of The United States.
