What can you do to support her good work? Go right now to the JTRA website and prepare to be inspired. Skip the trip to the mall, the fancy wrapping, and another humdrum, totally unnecessary purchase.   Make a donation; give a holiday gift that can really make a difference.

a message from Debra

Dear Joan,

Thank you so much for the wonderful article that you wrote. I have read many article on myself, but none like yours. I truly enjoy talking to you, and I hope to meet you in person one day. Let me know if there is anything that I can do to help. I am always around as my husband says doing something. We went to a dinner last night for a group called Bread for the world, and we sat at a table with 3 wonderful sisters who feed the homeless on fridays in the french quarters. Well they are short on servers on fridays. Well we work mondays through thursdays. So I told them that my husband and I can come, and my son who is 24 and my director I'll drag him along to. Well of course my husband said Thanks alot. When are you planning on getting some rest. Si since he was being flip . I told him when I die I'll get all the rest I need. Told Him HA!!!!!!!!!!!. Shut him up. So of course we are going friday, and my son Jonathan just say why did I get drafted.(smile) You keep writing wonderful articles May God continue to bless you for it

Love
