b. Promote health savings accounts with tax benefits that can be used by the wealthy as a tax shelter.

As long as ALEC and other lobbying groups are allowed to continue to work against Democracy and the American people NotSee America will prevail, we will Not See a Single-Payer health system in the United States of America.
