What about the remainder of people in America?

Non-Citizens will be officially known as "Subjects." A more common term used for them will be "Tolerated Residents."

To get it out of the way, there will be a tendency to use the term "Second-Class-Citizen." However, it will be pointed out that this term is inappropriate not only due to its current negative connotation, but more importantly due to the technicality that, as argued successfully on Fox "News" by Ann Coulter, by definition, all peasant workers will not be Citizens, second-class or otherwise.

Eventually, in everyday conversation, the common term for "Tolerated Residents" based on its initials "TR" will be used. That "new" term will be "Tar Baby."

However, due to the negative history of the term "Tar Baby," it will have to be placed on hiatus long enough for the new Texas history books to be fully absorbed by the nation's school children and TV watchers until the original hateful, bigoted, racist, mean-spirited definition fades from the collective memory and can be resurrected. Keep in mind that children ofTolerated Residents will not be eligible to attend school anyway, taking into account that each state will only have one fully functional, fully funded, private school, for Citizens only, and staffed by the most patriotic Tolerated Residents, who, like today's teachers, will supply students with materials out of their own meager salaries.

Despite the terminology or treatment, Tolerated Residents will still be a vital part of the American society and will be allowed to live in their respective states and homes since someone has to be available to wipe the asses of lawful Citizens for them; you can't expect Citizens to do that, can you? (Sorry for the unpleasant language and image, but reality is cruel and truth is not pretty sometimes.)

Since there will be no laws protecting Tolerated Residents, some may be forced to flee to Mexico or Canada if they cannot afford rent or food since cutthroat, er, lawful Citizens of the ownership class will be able to charge what they want for every commercial item, regardless of economic laws of supply and demand, principles of fairness, the love & benevolence of Jesus or laws of basic human decency. These future Tar Babies could choose to flee or face the prospect of "debtor's prison" in which case they will be lawful slave labor working off their debt, which would be adjusted in the interest of fairness to Citizens and would take, for the individual debtor, exactly their entire life to pay off unless the debtor has children, in which case the balance of any debt will be passed down just like the interest on our own money that the Federal Reserve imposes on all American Citizens today. (Forcing Citizens to pay interest will go away once the system of Citizenship is changed the Federal Reserve is a private corporation and therefore will itself be a lawful Citizen, fully authorized to impose any fee on Tolerated Residents to make up any shortfall from non-taxed Citizens.)

Another big advantage to America's strained budget and deep deficit is the income level of military personnel. None, except for certain connected generals, admirals and Fox "News" "expert" commentators, would make enough money or have enough assets to qualify to be Citizens. And pensions and/or retiree benefits like healthcare would not be necessary to give to Tolerated Residents they would all be eliminated. There would, technically, no longer be any such thing as retirement. Death will be retirement for non-Citizens.

Since these costs are a big part of America's military budget, once they are eliminated there would be plenty of money left over to add to the budget and buy more bombs and fun destructive stuff. Especially things like Predators that can be operated by a guy in Nevada sitting in his underwear bombing people in Pakistan, a nation we are not at war with. (Remember, people should not be allowed to sit at home and gamble on the Internet, as one member of Congress objected saying that they can do it "in their underwear" as opposed to, I assume, getting dressed, using transportation and spending time at that state's fine casinos but we can kill people by remote with a guy sitting at a joy stick within a short drive of legal brothels that are outlawed everywhere else nationwide, and as an adult that guy can bomb people, even if they are just at a wedding, and go relax with his drug of choice, be it fat, sugar, salt, alcohol or nicotine, but not pot.) (One thing about America: There's no lack of amusement through blatant hypocrisy.) (Top this Eric Idle and John Cleese!)

Oh, and hey, let's not forget another big advantage to the people pushing to repeal the 14th Amendment. If we make this law retroactive the powers that be can immediately eliminate all black people as U.S. Citizens (except the ones that qualify financially, by additional waiver authorized by Congress), because it can be argued that every baby born to every slave was an "anchor baby" and therefore none of them had the right to be Citizens of the United States, nor do their descendants today. Furthermore, this decision would easily hold water when the five non-activist right wing Justices on the Supreme Court cite the Dred Scott case as legal precedence, along with a completely ficticious case that no "journalist" will investigate for factual corroboration, as a basis for their decision.

Since this will no doubt be a sensitive issue, we will have to be very careful to separate the term Tolerated Resident from the defunct [except in Alabama] insulting, racist term "Tar Baby" but that's why Texas schoolbooks exist and have been rewritten. (Remember, we do not have a Democracy, or democratic form of government, we have a Republic, or Republican form of government this is so the Republican base of redneck dolts don't get any more confused than they already are as if supporting Democrats versus Republicans makes some huge difference in the lives of any working class tolerated residents today.)

That notwithstanding, this retroactive citizenship denial is a brilliant concept and great way to purge our nation of many unwanted people unwanted AFTER the passing of the 13th Amendment, of course, VERY wanted when they were slave labor working for free, building the old money wealth of our great nation. And when the concept itself is discussed on TV "news" I'm sure someone like Sean Hannity will be happy to enlighten everyone to the fact that the very concept of "black anchor babies" was indeed in Martin Luther King, Jr's original "I Have a Dream" speech. Dr. King was a clear opponent of Citizenship for black people check your Texas history books, folks, it's there!

Now, that measure alone will save the budgets of every state, except for the inevitable cleanup of dead bodies in the street, from various acts of violence or starvation, untreated illnesses and epidemics, exposure to the elements or some other cause, but as long as none of them are Citizens there's no problem and it's not an issue worth dealing with or discussing. And any corporate network "news" anchor will tell you it's exactly what Jesus would do.

Christ condoning these measures would also be corroborated in both Ann Coulter's and Sarah Palin's new books. (Already national bestsellers in advanced sales on Amazon and required reading for all "journalism" majors.)

For all those who do not qualify in any of the designated Constitutionally authorized categories of American Citizen, that would be the rest of us, the rubes, rabble, unwashed masses, undesirables, uneducated, disabled, infirm, taxpayers, the elderly, the poor, the working class, the middle class (until they are finally gone), and military personnel. We're sh*t outta luck, we're screwed, we don't count and we can go straight to hell.

But not before a special election where an overwhelming mandate by 95% of eligible voters will demand that the above measures be immediately proposed and unanimously passed by Congress, without delay. In addition, Tea Party rallies will be held nationwide to demand that this occur immediately, complete with participants carrying misspelled signs in crayon, with no attendees eligible to be Citizens upon passage of the new law.
