R.K.: -that almost passed. And that was before most of the revelations came out. Is there any possibility it will be reintroduced, something like that?
A.G.: Well sure, I mean it has been reintroduced, in fact there's several different flavors of it that are floating around at this point including mine. The President appointed a commission to look into the right downs between security and civil liberties when it comes to domestic surveillance. The commission came out with roughly fifty recommendations, none of them have been implemented-- the President's own commission. So I introduced a one page bill that said let's introduce all the commissions, all of the commission's recommendations, all of them. Not some of them, but all of them. That's my solution to the problem.
R.K.: That sounds so simple and it makes sense.
