Any vegetables of golden or orange coloring such as butternut squash, carrots and pumpkins are high in Vitamin A, one of the anti-oxidants supporting good eye health and partially supporting immunity, when paired up with other anti-oxidants such as vitamin C, selenium and vitamin E. The seeds of pumpkins are a plentiful source of immune-supporting (and sex life-enhancing!) zinc. This could be healthful, inexpensive beyond belief, a service to the environment (why send all those pumpkins to landfill?) and can stash our cupboards besides. Amazingly enough, by passing the seeds around, they can even be self-renewing too. Win-win! Enjoy, enjoy! Please pass this on as a message of hope. Thanks!
