Recovery through Reconciliation

Although ignored by the lawmakers, there remains a $3.1 trillions stimulus package on tap to work on the public need for health care, education and workplace reform. My suggestion is to promote passage of the entire kit in one vote up or down.

Reconciliation cuts the Senate debate to twenty hours and prohibits filibusters. The voting is on a majority basis only 51 required for passage.

A "no" vote from a Senator would indicate his state does not need the stimulus measures or monies.
