"Man up!", Sex-pert LaBarbera declared at one point in his remarks and he closed with this challenge to the assembled Remnant: "Fight harder for the truth than the homosexual activists fight for their lies!"

These people mean business and that's not just a Chamber of Commerce slogan. There is much more I could write about including Lt. Gen (Ret.) Jerry Boykin who can smell non-Christian evil like a bloodhound and reads the bible like a pack of tarot cards, but that's for another article.

Negotiation, diversity of opinion, and bi-partisan dialog are not in their bible or dictionary.

We progressives, moderates, and First Amendment advocates belittle The Remnant at our peril.

Oklahoma Christian University has been playing host to Paul Blair's summer hate series for the last few years. Earlier this year a similar event in January took place at the Character First Training Center in downtown Oklahoma City courtesy of the John Birch Society.

OCU has a big benefactor in oil man Ralph Harvey. Harvey, owner of Marlin Oil, is on the university's Academy of Leadership & Liberty board and received an honorary doctorate from them last year. Gossip Boy has previously reported that Harvey is among Rep. Sally Kern's biggest financial supporters and during last year's state corporation commissioner race between openly-gay Jim Roth and challenger Dana Murphy, Harvey took over Murphy's campaign and headquartered her offices in a building he owned.

The university's Academy of Leadership & Liberty unit is co-sponsoring the event with the Bott Radio Network. Rep. Sally Kern serves on the advisory board of Bott Radio, whose founder Richard Bott was a pro-Apartheid figure.
