Are you interested in getting involved, in doing your part? If the time is right, Circles can be expected to thrive, begin to rebuild community cohesion, stimulate cultural growth, and influence established political structures. At present we're organizing Circles and Regions with the expectation that they can begin to form intermediate organizations, an integrated whole. Click here to see a map of the 13 Regions, and an example of how Washington State is provisionally organized into Areas within the Pacific Region. You as an individual or together with friends can help by beginning to organize a Circle, and/or by helping to set up a Regional organization. Send us your name, email address, state and county of residence, and we'll put you in touch with others in your Region.

* The Neighborhood, comprised of 5 Circles, is the only organization that doesn't consist of 10-14 smaller organizations. Given the size of the basic circle (about 12 adults, 20 people) and the size of the typical organization (10-14 constituent organizations), only 5 Circles are needed at the Neighborhood level to produce the national organization of about 300 million people in the U.S. (20*5*12*12*12*12*12*12=300million). If the population should grow enough (a disturbing thought!), Neighborhoods could be expanded to include 6 or more Circles.

A former visitant of UC Santa Cruz, former union boilermaker, ex-Marine, Vietnam vet, anti-war activist, dilettante in science with an earth-shaking theory on the nature of light (which no one will consider), philosopher in the tradition of Schelling, Hegel, Merleau-Ponty, Marx, and Fromm (sigh, no one listens to me on that either), author of a book on wine clubs (ahem), and cast-off programmer of ancient computer languages.
