* To submit a report, the user clicks on Post, enters
the report, then clicks Post Comment.
* To read the reports,
the user clicks on Read... then scrolls through the reports.
o It's simple for
moderators.
* To reply to a report,
the moderator clicks on Post, enters the reply, then clicks Post
Comment.
* All other required tasks are performed by IBIP.
