Venus in Gemini is squaring Saturn in Virgo, putting pressure on us to integrate these feminine qualities of life into our day-to-day life-style. Our values (Venus) need to be the foundation (Saturn) of our lives. Here are some of the things we can do: Spend time with loved ones rather than with TV or a book; meditate and do yoga as well as work out at the gym; self-nurture as well as work; be creative rather than bored. These are vital activities of the soul.

Pluto in Capricorn is inconjuncting (150 degrees) this new Moon eclipse. Inconjuncts force us to re-adjust the planets' energies. Sun inconjunct Pluto deals with accepting change. With the Cancer Sun upholding feminine values, Pluto demands changes in our Capricorn patriarchal social structures. We need to stay open and receptive (Cancer) even if we can't control or be certain of the outcome (Capricorn). Personally, make the adjustments in your own lifestyle.

Cancer Moon inconjunct Pluto asks us to adjust our emotional nature away from obsessive worry and into trust. Learn to express your emotions cleanly and clearly. Emotional repression is going out of style. Since uncertainty is the name of the game for the next few years (at least), we have to learn to trust our feminine 'sixth' sense to guide us. We really need to stop obsessing about other people's feelings about us. When we do, we can actually feel what they're feeling about us. Ultimately, we need to approve of ourselves and stop waiting for others to approve of us. And of course, when we do, others will more easily accept us.

Uranus in Pisces is helping this new Moon eclipse open us to 'feel outside the box'. You know, feelings are meant to run through us, giving us a sense of the 'temperature' of our lives. They are not meant to be held onto, because that creates stagnation, resentment and pain. Let go of the feelings and let them flow. And sit back and watch. Try to understand what messages the feelings bring you.

We still have the power of the Aquarian conspiracy of Neptune, Jupiter and Chiron to lift us to new visions and possibilities. Trust those visions, because your future depends on them. The old ways are dying, and we need to help birth a new society. If you fight it, it's like trying to stop labor once it's started. It makes it much more painful and it ultimately hurts the baby.

Since this is a time of change, you might want to plan some kind of ritual for the New Moon Eclipse. It's time to let go of a way of being that no longer serves you. Spend time before the eclipse to examine the issue that you want to let go of. What is its story? Where did the story come from? This is important, since the story/belief creates your old reality. So go over the story and understand what you're letting go of. Then think about your values and ideals. What do you want to put at the center of your new life? Once you know, re-create a new story around the issue. Take time to work with the images. Perhaps you'd like to clean out your charkas and put the new energy in. The clearer the image of the new you, the easier it will be to manifest. You can work with just the images or you can find an object that will represent the old that you are letting go of and the new that you will use as a symbol of the new life you desire. And if you need help creating the ritual, I can help you.
