Most people create their reality from an unconscious, default mode, so they generally get much different results than if they were to create from conscious application of the principles of quantum physics. Hence, their understandable resistance to the concept. Most of us grew up being taught, via words or example, to be reactive victims of our environment, rather than proactive creators. So at first, the truth of our ability to create our reality can feel like an ill-fitting suit. But in a very short time, it can ease into becoming a comfortable, favorite garment. Nelson Mandela said, famously, (quoting Marianne Williamson) “Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.” But we can abandon that fear and surrender our white-knuckled grasp onto the illusion of disempowerment. And then, we can finally receive the gift of knowing that we are not victims, but powerful beings “beyond measure”.
The Tools
Once we have shifted perspective, it’s all about learning how to use the tools.
And the tools are what we use to direct our vibrations to create our reality.
It is not enough to simply fight against what we do not want. In fact, fighting against anything is grossly counterproductive. We are called to reach for and embrace the vision of what we do want. On the surface, this difference just seems to be semantics, but the current runs much deeper than that. This is about the direction toward which we focus our attention.
And direction, in a universe that is comprised of movement, is paramount. Clearly, anyone who wants to live up to the label of “Progressive,” should be moving forward!
Mother Theresa said, “I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there.” She was willing to “spend the currency” of her life force on looking forward toward peace, but not backward toward war.

Law of Attraction
The “Law of Attraction,” which springs from the heart of quantum physics, says that what one focuses upon is drawn into one’s experience. Whether we say, “Yes, come into my life,” or “NO! stay out of my life,” makes no difference. The quantum field doesn’t understand “yes” or “no”, it only understands that we have placed our attention upon something. The focused attention that we give something, is what gives it power, and brings it into our experience, not the qualifier of “yay” or “nay.”
According to quantum physics, whether we say “No War!” or “Bring it on!” the result is the same, because the focus is on war.
And whether we say, “I want Candidate X to win,” or “I want anyone but Candidate X to win,” the energy and support go to Candidate X, either way. Therefore, the candidate who is most abhorred, can receive the focalized energy needed to win. (Is this sounding familiar, yet?)
The only way to get a desired outcome, is to focus on what is wanted, instead of what is not wanted.
