President Chavez Frias, however, seems to have mollified his socialist trajectory to some extend in recent days in a realization that even with US$ gushing into the national exchequer almost as quickly as crude oil is gushing out, he'll need private industry to realize amny of his foremost ambitions for Venezuela's sovereignty cut loose from the clutches of North American capitalism ... his bete noir ... matched only with his disgust for US dictator George W. Bush.
