In this “modern” society of ours where almost everyone is playing some type of game or other, there exists one game that claims the title of the most evil and dastardly of them all. That be “The Patriot Game”. If you have never heard the song by the same title, you should surely place it on your must hear list(I prefer the Kingston Trio version).

The act of patriotism can be the most selfless and noble one of which a soul can commit. The use of this admirable feeling that wells within us, as a calling to war or shaming of others, is the most despicable act of any that men have done in our existence. The persons or governments that make use of this vile “game” should be made to perish from this universe in as dramatic a way as possible.

This country has seen far too many uses of this criminal game over our relatively short existence. Mr. Bush’s very shameful use of this game after 9/11 has left both the world and our country in dire straits. His “Patriot Act”, the Home Security act and department, along with his Signing Statements/Executive Declarations has left this country with what is basically a fascist state at George’s mercy.

Congress was first lied to and then was Patriot gamed, right upside the head!

They have yet to recover and may never! Patriotism must be a free choice to be made on the absolute truth. Truth has been scuttled in our government and the once “free” press. Members of our military should be able to resign/quit when their “commander-in-chief” commits them to a war based on lies and covert agendas.

As disgusting as the “Patriot Game” is, the excuses Congress tries to give us for not starting impeachment investigations are even more vile and lame. These simply cannot be Americans residing within our government. When I think of what I was raised to believe that America stood for and what we have sunk to now it makes me violently sick. It makes one simply at a loss for words and strings emotions out to the ends.

While I am not a Christian, I am praying with all my heart that Jesus will return very soon. This seems like the only reliable solution to the apocalypse which we are facing.

Until this or some other solution appears I shall delve deeper into Buddhism and meditation.

May God, Allah, Yahweh, Buddha or any other powers that be help us!
