The White House has just released a report on the negative economic impact of a hike in tax rates for the middle class. There's a lot of good stuff in the report. So what's missing? There's no mention of The Payroll Tax Holiday, which was agreed to in 2010, and which reduced workers contributions from 6.2% to 4.2%, and which is due to expire in 2013.
