| Two years ago I spoke about Iraq at Westminster College in Fulton, Mo.In preparation,I reread some of the many words from various addresses that made him famous.Something in one passage caught my eye.When Churchill urged,'Never give in,never give in,never,never, never,never--in nothing,great or small,large or petty,never give in,' he added: 'except to convictions of honour and good sense.' This is a time for such convictions. |
