On September 15, 2010, Mordechai Vanunu emailed me his most recent Petition seeking his RIGHT to leave Israel, which follows, but on July 29, 2010, I received the following email from the State of Israel Ministry of Justice which admits that Vanunu's probation expired on July 2, 2010...
