| 'the so-called Symington Amendment, passed in 1976, bars assistance to countries developing technology for nuclear weapons proliferation.'.....at this point, I'm not sure the Symington Amendment has been looked at again since 1976....in any case it's worth knowing where we are with our legislation.... |
