| 'The NPT is now at a dangerous tipping point, say experts such as Graham Allison, who warn that unless rapid progress is made on non-proliferation issues, there is a real risk of nuclear weapons being used for the first time since the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki,' writes Declan Butler at Nature News.
