The fact is that, at least as has been reported so far, Kim Dotcom didn't do anything illegal. Yes, his company could be used by others to do illegal acts, but that doesn't mean that the company or he did anything illegal. Next you'll be advocating shutting down Dell for making these things called 'computers' that can be used to copy and transmit music and movies.
