Two exercises hit Portland next week: TOPOFF and Vigilant Shield. The first simulates a dirty bomb detonation; the second simulates imposition of martial law. The article postulates the administration may use these drills as a pretext for a false flag attack blamed on Iranian radicals, which then provides the excuse to nuke Iran and implement martial law here.
