| Senator Russ Feingold has a fine idea for a constitutional amendment: every senator must actually be elected rather than appointed to that position. But he should shift attention to getting Congress to obey the Constitution and call the first Article V convention. With over 700 applications from states for a convention, Congress has been violating the Constitution. |
