The title may be a bit misleading . the Antarctic Treaty may be applicable to the Arctic regions and provide some very able solutions to the race for il and other valuable resources. This article does highlight many of the vast issues that will be front and centre in upcoming days as 'the battle for the Arctic' literally heats up.
