| Retired Police captain, John Trowbridge, pleaded guilty to one felony count of transporting women across state lines to parties held by the Royal Order of Jesters, a Masonic sub-group, for the purposes of prostitution. The Royal Order of Jesters is a non profit group made up of invited Shriners who must, in turn, be Master Masons. |
