| 'The Populist Vision,' by Charles Postel is reviewed here. Alliance of many groups of both genders and races from rural and urban areas were involved. Women had considerable influence since the time was late 19th Century before they could vote. Reason for the uprising was because of rapid change from agrarian to mechanical style. As now, innovators became filthy rich and change was demanded. |
