| In March 2005, the benignly-named SPP ('Security and Prosperity Partnership') was created at a meeting between George W. Bush, Paul Martin of Canada and Vincente Fox of Mexico. The resulting merger of the US, Canada and Mexico into a European Union style power bloc, known as the 'North American Union', will be formally introduced to Congress at the end of this summer. |
