A TELESCOPE made by Utah State University's Space Dynamics Lab for NASA has finished its six-month survey of the entire sky. WISE snapped some 1.3 million images, including those of distant galaxies and brown dwarf stars, as well as 100,000 asteroids. NASA marked the occasion by releasing a high-res image of the Pleiades star cluster, also known as the Seven Sisters. |
