| Former New York state Supreme Court Judge, Ronald Tills, is the third of three members of the secret Shriner sub-group, the Royal Order of Jesters, to plead guilty to violating the Mann Act. He admitted to working with national Jester officers to get prostitutes to their national meeting in Canada. A man must first be a Master Mason to join the Shriners. But a Shriner must be secretly invited to become a Jester. |
