The very interesting thing about this, sadly, is NOT that she can't name another decision (not even Hamdan or Griswald or Miranda or ...) it's that she AGREED that the Right to Privacy was IN the Constitution (which, of course, a lot of Federalists don't) but then said it should STILL be a state's right's issue? Excuse me? Didn't we win a civil war deciding the issue of FEDERAL power over States in Contitutional matters? |
