Philly judge affirms order requiring prosecutors to disclose to defense attorneys names of police undercover officers involved in a 2007 altercation with protesters of a purported KKK rally. Note: Attorney, Paul Hetznecker, also represents 6 protesters and an OEN reporter arrested in September outside the Army Experience Center in Philadelphia. Trial date is pending. |
