A federal judge has ruled that Andrew Breitbart, (who just raised $10 million from two unknown donors) must furnish all communications between he and the so-called ACORN Pimp, James O'Keefe as well as his 'ho' Hannah Giles. The Judge also wants records of payments made for the videos to help ascertain whether O'Keefe's secretly made recordings were legal. O'Keefe and Giles are being sued under CA Privacy Laws by Juan Vera, an employee fired from ACORN because of the heavily edited videos. O'Keefe's defense is being provided free by Center for Individual Rights, a DC law firm who is also currently challenging parts of the Voting Rights Act of 1964 |
