Joe Wilson in actuality voted to pay for illegal immigrants' healthcare in a bill that was passed in 2003. While in the meantime, the current bill specifically does NOT allow for illegal immigrants to be covered. Lying hypocritical liars who lie. It's what the new America will be built on, apparently.
