Professor John Quigley presents some options for ending the Ukraine/Russia war.  These options do not seem very realistic in light of the events that are happening there.  Moon of Alabama provides a summary of events for 9 May that seem to show Ukraine's resistance is collapsing.

Still, it should be helpful to everyone to read about Quigley's efforts from decades ago when it was "obvious to everyone" that Ukraine was going to devolve into this crisis, because the USA wanted it to happen.
