Collusion between the Clinton campaign & the DNC allowed Hillary Clinton to buy the loyalty of 33 state Democratic parties. The SuperDelegates now defying democracy with their insistent refusal to change their votes to Sanders were arguably part of that deal.
In 8/15, at the Dem Party convention in Minneapolis, 33 Dem state parties made deals with the Clinton campaign & a joint fundraising entity, The Hillary Victory Fund, which allowed her core billionaire & inner circle individual donors to run the maximum amounts of money allowed through those state parties to the Hillary Victory Fund & the DNC by taking advantage of the Supreme Court ruling 2014, McCutcheon v FEC, that knocked down a cap on aggregate limits as to how much a donor could give to a federal campaign in a year, thus eliminating ceiling limits for a single donor to a presidential candidate.
