Quickly announce that while they have not yet decided on a venue, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be tried in a federal criminal court becuase it is the judgement of our military commanders, intelligence officials, and law enforcement community that a criminal trial for Khalid Sheik Mohammed is in the best interests of the United States. |
