U.S. uses IMF & World Bank neoliberal programs to force Third World governments to privatize government industry, cut wages & government programs, lower trade barriers & open economies to U.S. trade & investment. At same time, U.S. & corporate donors fund NGOs to address social crisis created by these neoliberal policies. |
