Russell Means, leading American Indian spokesman and Hollywood actor shown in the article photo, reports that his reservation, the Cheyenne Sioux Indian Reservation of South Dakota and almost the size of Connecticut, is getting little help from authorities while Indians are dying from exposure and disease in sub-zero weather. They have only three snowploughs to clear the entire roadway system. We need a hue and cry. |
