Even Taylor demanded to know why the Colonel wasn't in the dock with him. Now however, Gaddafi is a stone's throw away from being indicted for crimes against humanity as three ICC judges consider ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo's request for arrest warrants against the Colonel, his son Saif and his intelligence chief Abdullah Senussi. |
