| After seven years and several court incidents, one court order appears to be holding. Judge Leon, a conservative appointee, has ruled that the government has insufficient evidence to hold the 5 men. A previous ruling is being appealed. The Washington Post provides the details of the arrests and detention of the Algerians. |
