The EPA ruled ... that new power plants are not required to install technology to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. . . New coal-fired power plants will not consider CO2 despite a ruling by the Supreme Court that the EPA could regulate such emissions. Consider, also, the analysis by the NY Times ( E.P.A. Ruling Could Speed Up Approval of Coal Plants )
