Cops in Pittsburgh, according to ACLU, arrested 188 people between 2005-2007 for flipping cops the bird or similar circumstances. These arrests are against policy, against the 1st amendment. Why the fuck are these cops being charged, fined and fired for gross abuse of their power. One man fought back and won. Another woman won $19,000 civil settlement.
