Jon Vogel is the man tasked with one of the toughest jobs in politics: stopping what appears to be a tidal wave heading toward Congress. A Gallup poll in April found that voters were split when asked if they would vote for a Republican or Democratic House candidate in November. Among "very enthusiastic" voters, 57% said they'd choose a Republican, while only 37% picked a Democrat. Polls like that are warning signs.
