| Cheney decrees he alone will decide what records shall be turned over at the end of his term. Ironically, this comes in a brief responding to accusations he already violated the President Records Act, burying evidence of numerous crimes. Cheney's recent confirmation he ordered unconstitutional torture flies in the face of a disapproving public and a petrified Congress. |
