House Republican leader John Boehner took Jeff Flake off the Appropriations committee and added Jo Bonner of Alabama. Earmarks being a big issue this presidential campaign year puts Leader Boehner in bipartisan mode. Jeff Flake's history of making earmark eradication a bi-partisan effort got him sidelined.
