The former Asst. Secretary of Education under Bush 41 has declared NCLB an unequivocal failure. After years spent implementing NCLB and researching the results, expert Diane Ravitch now says it does not work. She claims we teach to the test and narrowed learning. The privatization of schools may ultimately be a bipartisan attempt to close schools in promoting corporate-funded charters and vouchers. |
