| In July, 2,625 explosive devices were planted in Iraq, of which 1,666 exploded before discovery. Conditions in Iraq are going from bad to worse as Iraqi civilians deaths increased to 3,402 in the month of July even as bombs are increasingly aimed at U.S. troops. |
